Our philosophy

Our a la carte menu is a demonstration of cultivating the best in the centrepiece of each dish. This can only be accomplished by a careful balance of the accompaniments to ensure taste combinations and presentation are both exquisite in flavour and presentation.

Our menus are designed to offer entertainment to all tastes, meaning that no matter what you think your favourite dishes might be at a first reading of the menu, there are surprises to be found in the dishes that you would never normally order.

Braised Harvey beef cheek, paprika and shallot polenta, tomato & scorched corn salsa (g)

Dukkha crumbed haloumi, harissa barley with dried cranberries, broccolini (v)

Slow braised pork belly, pickled red cabbage, apple puree, crackling (d,*g)

Confit Tasmanian salmon, apple & spring onion salad with nuoc cham dressing (d, *g)

Warm smoked chicken and potato salad, baby rocket, dill aioli (g, d)

MAINS

Porcini and thyme roasted sirloin, baby chat potatoes in garlic butter, broccolini and red wine jus (g)

Camembert stuffed free range chicken breast on honey roasted sweet potato mash with asparagus and a mango and cherry salsa (g)

Chimichurri lamb rump, puy lentils, roast butternut squash, confit red onion, tahini yoghurt (g)

Seasonal fish of the day, coconut sticky rice, kimchi, petite herb salad (g, d)

Wild mushroom risotto, pecorino, steamed asparagus, porcini powder (v,g)

DESSERTS

Milk chocolate tart with double cream and sour cherry compote

Raspberry and coconut parfait, chocolate soil, raspberry coulis (*g)

Vanilla bean pannacotta, apple and cinnamon compote, ginger shortbread crumb
